My 100 Niche SEO Experiment

I'm pretty new to the warrior forum site and found it in the beginning of this year. After reading tons of posts, it seems
as if most internet marketers here on this forum have the same problems. Either they don't know where to start or they
don't have any plans or thought out directions for their current projects. This biggest problem is they don't follow through with the plans they do have. Most people keep asking the same questions, how do I find a niche? How do I get traffic to my site? How do I make money online?

I realeased a warrior special offer earlier this month and through doing that I met another warrior that I decided to JV with. After multiple PMs and skype conversations we realized that we both recognized the same problems and we both enjoy a good challenge. So we decided to start a challenge of our own that people could follow along so we could show all the people out there stuggling that it's completely possible to achieve your online goals by making them crystal clear, working hard and most importantly following through.

The most common mistake many people make is they set a goal, they start, but somewhere along the line they either give up or stop. Once they don't see the money flowing after a month they feel as if their work has been all a waste of time. We want to show people that if you stick to a game plan and just put the work in, the results will follow and so will the money.

In addition to that we hope to learn a lot for ourselves along the way and build a nice passive income in the process.

Here is the experiment:
  • To create 100 Sites in 100 Different Niches and rank all of them on page #1 of Google.
  • That's 1 site every 3-4 days, basically 2 sites a week.
  • We already have several niches picked out to get started and we will be identifying more as we go.
  • We will be using a variety of monetization methods including amazon, clickbank, cpa offers and adsense.
  • We will be using wordpress to create all of the sites.
  • For SEO we will be using a variety of methods including, article marketing, social bookmarking, web 2.0's, blog commenting, forum posting, and contextual homepage links.
  • We are going to run a variety of tests and experiments as we go so there will be plenty to learn from this challenge.
  • In addition to updating this thread regularly we will also be blogging about our experience every Wednesday and Friday so you can read our updates and see our current progress. We won't be revealing our actual niches in an effort not to saturate them but we will update the site with things like work done, search engine rankings, lessons learned and YTD Profit as we go.

Feel free to ask any questions or leave your comments on this thread... We will reply to everybody and hopefully this will be beneficial to everybody who reads it.

100 sites is a large goal, but when you break it up to 2 websites a week, it's very attainable. I want to show other warriors that if you stick to a schedule, have a goal in place and with the correct mindset, anything is possible.

Nice idea! This could be very helpfull for beginners. It seems that you plan to target only one keyword per website, does this mean you are going to build 100 websites with only one page each?

Hey Thomas I am the other warrior Kiloh is talking about so let me answer that question for you. We are picking one main keyword to target with 3-5 sub keywords being used as well. We are making these sites with a minimum of 3-5 articles with 500 words per article and keyword density specific to that keyword. We will also be switching it up from time to time to test different things.

Definitely going to be keeping an eye on this thread.

I would like to do something similar (haven't decided if it will be 100 that I shoot for or some other number) but I have so many other things going on right now it is going to have to wait. Will be interested in seeing your results though.

How much of this will be outsourced?

That's a pretty good strategy - create similar sties and do the same for them. You can also backlink between them, and get rankings faster.

That's one thing I've been testing lately - completely dominating a keyword with multiple sites.

That is one thing I have been thinking about as well and will definitely be trying in the not so distant future. Ironically Dan it was your thread about EMD's vs Non EMD's that first got us thinking about doing something like this so thank you for the inspiration!

I've been noticing that google has counted links between pages on the same domain in their backlink count lately?

I almost didn't believe it. I'll try to find my example I was messing with when I saw this phenomenon.

Thanks for all the interest guy, we'll have an update usually Wednesday and Friday to let you know what's going on. As docdizzle mentioned, we'll have a mixture of different approaches per website. Some may be 1 page, others may be more, we do know that having 3-5 articles is the key foundation to be found for getting ranked. We'll test out if you really need to update sites on a daily, weekly or even monthly basis to compete with a higher ranking.

@FSDNetwork, Yes I know concentrating on 1 website can make better income then spreading it around, however I am a firm believer of scaling up what works. Out of the 100 websites we publish, the ones that are the most successful are the ones we'll concentrated and devote more time to down the road.

@Daniel7rusu, having multiple sites to dominate a keyword is also a great strategy. It's pretty fun testing out different ideas and theories cause usually I read people writing and asking on this forum, but I always wonder why they just don't test it out themselves. This thread should help out the people who don't have time to do it and are looking for proven strategies that work.

    Update 1/26/11

The experiment was started on 1/24/11 and in the past 2 days, we have setup 3 new web sites on 3 separate niches.

Niche #1: We chose a brand new internet marketing product that has not been released yet and is currently in its prelaunch stages. Since there is virtually no competition, we have ranked #1 for the keyword.

Niche #2. This site is based on a CPA for email/zip submit. Exact match domain, with a keyword with 5400 exact searches a month. We have 1 article posted with about 500 words and 3% kw density. We are currently not ranked in the top 100 for Google.

Niche #3. This is our toughest niche yet, with about 550,000 global exact matches per month. We will be offering several clickbank offers to monetize it. With this niche we will have 5 sub-keywords with a total of 109,100 exact global searches. Even though it's a super tough niche, once we hit page 1, with all the volume, this will be a very profitable site. 1 Article with 500 words and proper keyword density has been posted.

For the next couple of days, we will be adding more articles to each site and will start to create 10 web 2.0's for each site.

What we've learned: we were able to rank #1 for a keyword on an upcoming product so we feel we have a leg up on the competition. We will try various techniques to hold the #1 spot and will keep a close eye on any website that dethrones us and find out what they did outrank us. For more detailed info, check out our page dedicated to this experiment found in my sig. Have a great day everybody!

@wechito - For right now we are writing all of the content ourselves to ensure quality and originality. Eventually we may begin to outsource the work using the profits from the initial sites.

@zebix - There are no dumb questions, until you learn the answer to something you don't know it and there is nothing wrong with that. To answer your question web 2.0's are sites like wordpress, hub pages and blogger where you can set up a website under a subdomain of a large network. Search engines give a lot of authority to these web 2.0 sites and the serve as an excellent source of quality backlinks.

        Hope that answers your questions.

i am surely following this thread and see the result. Could you clarify me how much link building would you achieve for one site that you limit it to only 2 sites per week? I, actually, cant do 2 sites per week due to link building is my main problem.

I spend one day in site create with all contents and optimization and 3 days in all feature of Senuke blast and another 2 days with SB and do some forum posting and one week for one sites seem not enough for me.

Do you have any good idea on link building?

I have a few things to say about this. Firstly I can completely understand your frustration. I actually used to be a one man show doing all the content, design and even senuke myself and I also struggled to do just one site. It was only when I opened my mind and began to JV with people that I really began to accelerate. Really we said 2 sites a week as a reasonable goal but we actually have three sites going so far this week and spoke extensively about speeding things up even more tonight.

In regards to link building and SEnuke I can say that the main problem I encountered with that software is how much it requires your time and/or you computer. We are currently using a few different tools that might assist you, namely article marketing robot. You can see all of them on our blog which you can find in our signatures.

My best advice is outsource, JV and think outside of the box. There is always a better/easier way. Hope that helps and thanks for following us.

Yea, 100 blogs isn't that much as long as you break it down into small pieces and make sure you have a schedule to stick to. Also, by splitting up the work doing a JV, we both have to just do our jobs and the rest will take care of itself.

    Week #1 Update

Things have been going well, our current goal was to do 2 sites per week, and right now we currently are working on 4 sites.

Niche #1: Since this niche we are targeting a product that launches in March, we don't have any more content to add. We are basically building backlinks, adding social network, web 2.0 properties and submitting RSS feeds. We are currently dominating the first page with a couple of spots.

Niche #2: We have added 2 more articles to this site, now for a total of 3 articles. All 3 articles have been spun and submitted with Article Marketing Robot. We have had an average of 1100 directories that our article has been successfully submitted to. We are currently not ranking in Google, however we're at #112 in Yahoo.

Niche #3: We have added 3 articles to this site also. All 3 articles have been spun and submitted with Article Marketing Robot. This site is currently not ranking for any of our keywords.

Niche #4: We started a fourth site, yes we are trying to move along and when you have ideas in your head, you just want to get them out and make them a reality. This is another CPA based site and our main keyword has a 33k exact global from Google Adword Tools. The other 4 keywords we are targeting has a total of 35k exact global searches.

Everything is going good, lessons to be learned is organization is a big key to being successful. Keeping track of many sites is harder than expected. We are also planning to ramp up our experiment and may try outsourcing some of the work. More to come next week, stay tuned and have a great weekend!

Will follow with interest, usually don't do 'watch me' threads, but you guys obviously know how to go about this and have a plan.
On the technical side, how are you deploying all those WP sites? That can be quite time-consuming and boring, just with the plugins, themes and whatnot. Do you have a standard setup that you clone, or MU, or something else?

I am manually deploying all these WP sites myself. I add the theme, add all the plugins, then I go through the setup and make sure everything is in place. We use a pretty standard setup but change some sites around depending on the monetizing method and product niche. We use the same plugins throughout each site. Yes it's very tedious and boring, however I've been able to put up the WP sites in a quick and effective manner. It shouldn't take me more than 15 minutes at most to have an entire site up and running.

OK, fair enough. I takes me a bit longer, just because it's often a different theme every time so I have to take a bit of time to figure out how the menus are set up and whatnot. Then there are those default Hello world! posts/comments to delete - how annoying are those! AFAIK there is no plugin to remove those automatically!

So I think it is high time I created a standard setup of WP, using a very generic theme, that I can deploy really easily just by uploading the files, importing the database and just changing the site root settings. There are a number of 'framework' themes out there that only have the basic styles in place and a very straightforward page layout so you can build on that afterward, but for this kind of niche site you don't actually NEED a fancy template, the simpler the better (took me years to realise that!) - I have been using this one lately: Thematic 4 You | Everything about the Thematic Theme Framework - a really nice framework theme, loads of widget positions.

I seem to recall Warrior Adam Roy has a WSO along these lines - some kind of script or software for deploying WP quickly, haven't checked it out, but might be useful. The more tedium eliminated from the process of setting up sites the more you can concentrate on the marketing, content writing, or whatever the part is you enjoy.

Couldn't agree more. There is a lot of tedium in producing even single blogs but mass production (which one way to ramp up revenue) really needs some kind of automation. AND you're spot on with "simpler the better". I have tested this extensively and it is absolutely correct.

I see loads of "fancy" blogs claiming to be "Adsense Otimized" but are clearly not. They look great n' all but coversions suck. I think they may sell well though, based on looks alone and not performance.

Let me say this that you both have infused / refreshed my drive. I was going slow on my affiliate sites project but after reading your thread I am back to drawing board. I am sure that I am not the only one you have inspired.

You not only deserve my thanks for getting me to the drawing board but also for your ebook " How to find a killer Niche ". Nice resource and insight. I am taking you up on your offer and request your input. Of 2 niches I am researching the basic details are as under :-

            Niche 1
            Searches EXACT : global 1.6 local 1.3k
average CPC $0.94 estimated daily clicks 0

            Niche 2
            Searches EXACT : global 49k local 33k
average CPC $0.87 estimated daily clicks 0

IMO both are good and I see that it is not hard to get to Google page 1. But my concern is PPC: estimated daily clicks for both are 0. Should this not be red flag ?

            Looking forward to your input.

First off I would like to thank you for your compliments, we appreciate it. And I'm glad to hear that we have inspired you to start taking action again, that's what it's all about. I spent a lot of time lurking and learning and it wasn't until I started taking aggressive action that I began to see the results I was after. There is a quote I read about internet marketing that has always stuck with me...

"Nobody fails at internet marketing, they just give up before they see success."

I have never read anything more true about this industry. I was explaining what I do to my grandmother and she said something that made so much sense to me. She said "So it really seems like there's money up for grabs here." and I said "yeah that's pretty much it." It's there for the taking you just have to take action and you will be immediately ahead of 90% of the people out there.

Ok enough of my inspirational speech...

As for your questions about those two niches....

I would say that high CPC is a sign that the niche is profitable. And no I wouldn't concern myself with the 0 traffic for the google traffic estimator. A lot of adwords is about the highest bidder, king of the mountain type of thing. SEO is a whole different game. If you feel like you can do better on page, build more links and overall crush the SEO competition for the niche and you know it's profitable then go for it. And don't settle for page one, go for the #1 spot.

              Hope that helps...

              Neil

Thanks Neil for your input. 1st slot on SERP maybe with niche 1. I guess that should be the goal but is it worth if one ranks within 1st 5 ?

I think your spot on with these comments as well Tony. We have been using the same theme for all of our sites (thesis). Some of them are plain as hell but we are focused on ranking them not making them look pretty. We know that once we are ranking and getting a consistent flow of traffic we can tweak the look. Plus honestly I think that simpler can actually prove to be more profitable. The less options or things to look at are less distractions from the main point, clicking our links to go to the next page.

When it comes to adsense we are noticing that literally surrounding the content with adsense and almost forcing them to click it gets the best CTR.

As far as automation goes...most definitely. Even at the level we are at now we are already starting to find ways to automate everything. Not only is having a ton of sites a huge pain in the ass to handle, we don't want to work 12 hours a day. The whole point behind this is to build ourselves automated recurring income. That is definitely what our focus is these days, automation. And I don't mean auto blogs because we want legit sites but just anything we can do to automate as much of the process as we possibly can.

don't have any plans or thought out directions for their current projects.

WOW, what a task you guys have set yourself...100 minisites with top rankings. I wish you all the best, you must be working full time on it. I have had a move away from minisites in recent months, in favour of targeting more keywords and lots of content..kind of mini authority. Good luck, and keep working hard!

Thanks for the support! We are doing this full time but it is not our only job. We are also building a single authority site in the process as well. It seems like a tall task when you say 100 websites but over the course of a year it's really not as scary as it sounds.

Thanks for the support so far everybody. Things are looking up and we will be adding an update tomorrow!

We are on week 2 of this experiment and so far we are ahead of schedule. We were planning on releasing 2 sites per week, and as of right now we are currently working on 6.

Niche 1: We are steadily holding the #1 position for this niche. Product hasn't been released yet so we will be monitoring this daily.

Niche 2: The website if full of content and we did a blast of Article Marketing Robot and SEnuke. We are not found in the top 200 in Google but #61 in Yahoo. We will be building backlinks to this site daily.

Niche 3: This website is also complete with content, we are currently building backlinks to this site. We are not found in the top 200 in Google but we are around the 100 spot in Yahoo.com

Niche 4: We outsourced the articles for this site and have received them. Everything looks good and the keyword density. Now we will be doing a round of Article Marketing Robot and building backlinks.

Niche 5: We start this site yesterday and it's based on an electronic product. We also used a hyphen in the domain so we will be testing out theories if hyphens help or hurt exact match domains. It will be a mixture of CPA and Amazon to monetize.

Niche 6: This site will also be mixture of adsense and Amazon. Keyword has a high CPC and competition is low to medium. For this site, we will be experimenting with targeting the easy and low searched keywords first, and going from easy to hardest. Reason for that is we want to see if it's worth getting traffic from the lower searched keywords, while waiting to get ranked for the higher searched keywords.

We are learning more and more about keywords and backlinks each day, its a never ending learning process. For more detailed analysis, please check out the sig and visit our experiment site.

Cool experiment - one I'll be watching too, as I'm putting my plans together to do something similar (though I want to use autoblogging and automated tools).

Question - since there seems to be quite a variety of variables with everything you're doing:

    -different niches
-different levels of traffic and/or competition
    -different SEO methods used
    -different monetization methods

What are you plans for tracking what worked well and why? Do you have some sort of tracking system in place to compare all your sites that use specific SEO methods? Then the same for specific monetization methods? etc

I could see two sites in the same niche, similar quality content, similar SEO methods used, and similar monetization methods having drastically different results if the traffic/competition was different.

Or everything was the same but the sites were in two different niches.

    That sort of thing.

Tracking all the variables you guys have going seem like it'd be a real undertaking...

Either way - good luck. I'll be watching! ;-)

You bring up a great point and it's one we have been discussing in depth lately. We have not yet defined a set system for tracking with the sites we have going so far. In the weeks to come we have been talking about doing this through a few different techniques from same site/same niche different monetization to same site/same niche different backlinking strategies.

That is truly the whole purpose of this site is dial in on what works and laser focus our efforts on that. I can tell you we are learning a ton already and can guarantee there is more to come. Thanks for following along!

Kiloh is out enjoying his Superbowl Sunday so I will be posting this weeks part two update. I should note that from now on we are going to be updating every Wednesday as usual but have moved our Friday Updates to Sunday evenings to give us more of a week ending recap.

Let's get to the site by site updates...

Niche #1 - We continue to maintain the #1 spot in both yahoo and google for the product name. In addition we are now holding down the #3 spot for the product name+review. We are keeping a close watch on this one.

Niche #2 - We have moved up from the #61 spot to #39 in yahoo but are still not showing up in google. The only thing we did to this site this week was point a drip feed blast of 2k profiles at it. We will be running several more rounds so Article Marketing Robot as well as blog commenting for this site next week.

Niche #3 - This site has not seen any movement in the rankings since the last update. We did a little reassessing of our goals with this site and we came to some conclusions about this niche. What we realized is this is a competitive niche with a high search volume so it's going to take longer for us to rank for this. We plan to build backlinks steadily but aren't expecting any serious results for several months.

Niche #4 - This site is very similar to #3 in that it's going to take some time before we reap the benefits of our work. For now we have 5 articles on the site, are building backlinks steadily and trying to be patient. So far we are not ranking for any of our keywords at this point.

Niche #5 - This site now has 3 articles on it and the design complete. As with all of our other sites we have done a round of Article Marketing Robot and blog commenting so far. With this site we have taken a bit of a different approach than with our other sites and so far it seems to be paying off. For this site we are only working on one keyword which is the exact product name and we have it in the domain as well. We have 3 keyword dense articles on the site and so far we are ranking #107 in google! This could be a sign that a more laser targeted approach pays off faster. We will see how quickly it moves up the rankings in the weeks to come.

Niche #6 - With this site we have mostly just added articles and worked on the design to this point. We have done one round of Article Marketing Robot so far as well. To this point we have not shown up for any of our target keywords.

In addition to all of that we have set up hosting and wordpress blogs with one post for all of our domains that we plan to use over the next few months. This should help them begin to age and save us a lot of time once we start trying to ranking them.

Next week is backlinks mania as well as adding some additional content to the existing sites. We won't be starting any new sites until later next week or the beginning of the following one.

      That's all for now!

Thanks for the update. The results you are showing right now help dispel the myth that you can be ranking on page one within 48 hours for a site, even with an EMD. That might have worked a year or so ago but it seems from my experiments too that Google delays ranking ANY site on page one for at least a few weeks to see if it has anything else going for it other than an EMD!

I think only VERY low competition keywords get to rank that quickly, like products that aren't out yet, where Google literally has almost nothing else to put on page one but your site! I think if my experience matches yours you are going to start seeing all these sites make significant progress in the next week or two.

I'd like to see how some sites fare with little or no backlinking too - I have had very mixed results: sites that are quite heavily backlinked and low-competition failing to make page one, and sites with higher competition but a good EMD going in at no. 3 or 4 after a month with little or no backlinking.

I definitely agree with you that there can really be no rhyme or reason to google sometimes. I think EMD's definitely help with ranking quicker even for difficult words. The problem is that these days unless your on it before a product comes out it's VERY hard to find an EMD for a good keyword.

Also thanks for your encouragement in regards to seeing some results in the next couple weeks. We are surely hoping the same. That can really be the tough part of doing SEO, waiting. I have seen a lot of posts from people in this forum about how they built a bunch of backlinks and haven't seen any movement. I tell them all the same thing I tell myself, be patient. This kind of strategy is about building assets and setting things up long term, not quick cash.

I just registered an EMD a week ago and I am number 6 on page one right now in a relatively competitive niche targeting a low to medium keyword.

      It has to help.

Thanks Kiloh for posting this! I'm following it as well. I have 18 sites that I'm just rolling out and this is a help to see how others are doing.

What kind of hosting are you using? I didn't see it listed, but might have missed it though. Are you shared, VPS, Reseller, or ???? package or something? Just wondering as I'm making this choice now.

Thanks and best of luck in 2011,

I'm currently using just a regular shared hosting plan, and I did get an email stating I'm slowing down their servers because of the bandwidth I'm bringing in. I'm going to give them a call and see what's up because they do advertise "unlimited" bandwidth.

Thanks for the update. I was wondering the same thing about what hosting to use. It appears that "unlimited" usually does have some limit to it, but that is whole other discussion.

Would appreciate knowing how your discussion with hosting co comes out, and what type of hosting plan you end up having to use.

        Thanks,

Just got off the phone with the hosting company. It wasn't actually about the bandwidth I was using, it was because I had a limit of 1000 tables for SQL databases and I was over the limit. Each wordpress site uses between 20-40 tables, but I had 3 Magento sites using 250+ so that's what brought me over the top. I ended up deleting the 3 Magento sites and I'm back within my range. I'm currently using Hostmonster and never had a problem with them, I have over 40 domains hosted there.

    Update Week 3

Niche #1: Still holding the #1 spot, product launches in March so we have 1 month left to hold it here.

Niche #2: This site is still not ranked in Google however we did get a couple of CPA conversions via our article marketing using article marketing robot. We are continuing to build backlinks for this site.

Niche #3: We are now ranking in google at #86 and #140 which is great news. Still continuing to build backlinks via blog commenting.

Niche #4: This site made the most improvement this week. We are now ranking for 4 out of 5 keywords.

Main kw: #74, keyword 1: #81, keyword 2: #32, keyword 3: #22. This is the niche we believe will be one of our big money makers so we'll be watching this one closely.

Niche #5: This site moved from #107 to #79 in Google. Continuing to build backlinks.

Niche #6: This site has ranked for one of the keywords at #160. We will be doing additional article marketing robot blasts and adding some additional content over the weekend.

The main thing we learned which is something we knew from the beginning which is to be patient and keep working at it. It's great to see one of the sites climbing up the ranks which is niche #4.

During the week we will be experimenting with different auto posting and spinning plugins to keep the content unique. We will have another update on Sunday, have a great Friday!

I mean even just getting to page one should cause a decent increase in traffic but there is quite a big difference between the number one spot and all of the rest.

So far we have converted a few leads from one of our CPA sites but other than that not much yet. We didn't anticipate earnings for the first few weeks.

We will have a full update in a few hours, I have a BBQ to go to! Gotta love Southern California

    End of Week 3 Update:

So we are at the end of week three and things are continuing to go well. We have started on several more sites and continue to backlink heavily all of the time. We added a couple plugins and another piece of software to our arsenal this week. The plugins should help by automating some things and the software will double our backlinking efforts. A couple of our sites have shown some good movement, a couple are dancing like fools, and one even hit page one already.

We currently have 9 Niche sites up and running.
#1: We were holding the number 1 spot for a while and dropped to number 5 due to not building any backlinks. We will start to build backlinks for this site again to regain the top position.

#2: We are not ranking in the top 200 however we were able to get some CPA conversions from our article marketing efforts.

#3: We are ranking for 3 of our main keywords however this is a tough niche so we're happy with the results we have so far. Most words are on page 8 or higher.

#4: This site is doing very well and we are stoked about the results. It has been dancing like crazy, from #150 to 55, then 99 back to 127. This is one reason why you don't have to check your rankings everyday and let your site do it's thing.

#5: This site has jumped to the first page out of nowhere however we haven't noticed a spike in traffic yet. We will be backlinking this one and watching for it as we know we can hit #1 soon.

#6: This is one of the sites not ranking yet. We will continue to build backlinks and wait patiently.

#7: This is another product based site which we will be monetizing with adsense and amazon. We have the exact keyword using hyphens for this one. This is for a hot product that should be one the rise a lot this year so we are anxious to get it moving. We have added all of the intitial content and are beginning the process of building backlinks the next week.

#8: This is also another site based on products. It’s more of a broad “store” for a particular type of product where we will be able to go after/offer many different brands. We are slowly adding content.

#9: This site is another CPA offer. The niche is fairly competitive and lucrative, we are just starting to set this site up with content and plugins.

Stay tuned for more updates next week! Hope everybody had a great weekend...

Which linkbuilding strategy do you use for these 100 niche sites?

There is some linkbuilding strategies out there, which is claimed to be easy to follow. But when it is about 100 sites, it is very difficult to implement these link building methods for 100 sites.

    Hi All

    Following this thread silently
First , its very easy to set up the 100 sites you all are talking off. Have got my 9 sites up in a weeks time. All of them are 5 page sites.

However , the main purpose of me following this thread is to keep track of the tools whish are used or will be used to automate the process of backlinks. However Kiloh seems to be silent in this area and is not mentioning the tools used /using/to be used

For example Wilson has mentioned EMD
Which tool is this and whats it used for
Would be grateful if the purpose and the full names of these tools are mentioned and then only the purpose of following this thread becomes useful

Almost 3 weeks since this thread was updated by the OPs. Neither of them seem to be linking to it in their sigs anymore.

Can we say yet another RIP to yet another "Watch me" thread?

Sorry, but I have to call you on this - "Watch my progress" threads are generally frowned upon in the forum for good reason - they almost always die a premature death and do not end up providing much value. I would be happy to be proved wrong.

It's hard to love 100 of anything. Even a father with 100 kids would eventually ignore 70 or so of them. I imagine these websites have all fallen into neglect.

I looked up the OP and it looks like he's been posting here as recent as October. I think he's on to something new...something about a kiosk in a mall? Hmm...
