anyone still using 3waylinks or 1waylinks services these days and still seeing good results

I am interested in either 3waylinks or 1waylinks but don't know which to choose of if I should go with either of them. I would like to know if there is anyone here still using either of these services in 2011 and continuing to see results these days. I heard they were more effective in the past but do they still work these days. Also I am targeting lower competition niche keywords so I am wondering if these will help for that. I realize something like this won't work as well for the competative keywords but for many of my niche keywords I am going after the top 10 results only have maybe 50 backlinks with the odd sites having over 100 backlinks. This seems like it would be pretty easy to beat with either 3way or 1way services. Looking forward to the feedback. Thanks a million
