Rank Tracker (free and $) is one of my favorites (I use the free version).

Free Google Monitor (free and $) is my favorite (I use the free version) if you only worry about Google like I do.

My favourite is SEOSerp, because it checks through the first 1000 results to find my site and also keeps a record of position so I can track movements.

Rank Checker from SEObook.com is my tool of choice. It checks the first 200 results of Google, Yahoo!, and MSN. You can also track the history of all your keywords to see how they've moved over time. Here's the link:

Don't use free version of rank ranker. I have really bad experienced with it. As per my opinion, It is good to find serp ranking as manually.

By description I see that rank checker is good but I would want an online application, not something you have to install, cause it's hard to get something that would install on Mac

By the way, this tool Ranking Reports that alcymart recommended is good and simple, I have just checked it.

You can download Firefox for your Mac, then install Rank Checker (which is a Firefox plug-in) from SEObook.com.
