I just got rejected by Google Adwords for the third time, what do I do?

I've been trying to follow their guidelines but I'm still confused.

Is it wrong to create a website that gives away a free report when they opt-in? The website clearly says they have to subscribe to the newsletter and opt-in to get the free report.

What are some good examples of approved landing pages? I don't want to make another mistake and risk getting suspended.

Have you tried asking at the google forum? If you get lucky you can get a very specific answer. Here is an earlier question asked which might be relevant.

Also have you tried Yahoo or Bing's versions of PPC ads?

If you are selling in the IM niche, Google is clearly the PPC company of choice. But if you are doing consumer products, I have heard a lot of people to say that Bing is far superior in conversions to Google.

Bing approves ad automatically. There must be some blacklisted keywords in your ad copy. Tweak your ad copy ad it'll go live.

I think you can't use words like, Free, Download, click here on your ad copy. It'll be flagged for review

WillR -- you're too hard on people... take it easy

Diane -- The best way is to read up the adwords materials provided by Google then follow their orders, and you won't have a problem getting rejected the next time around. Just remember, do your homework before you setup the ad. Shouldn't take you more than few hours to be up to snuff.

You can't give away a free anything to entice people to opt in to an
email list using adwords. You can have a free newsletter, but anything IM
related is going to be scrutinized.

@Diane89 - Forget Adwords and use other traffic generation methods instead ( there are plenty of them and most of them work with a little elbow grease. They also have the added advantage of not having to monitor them constantly to see how you are doing on the ROI front ).

Diane89 & sagarsutariya: All of the rejections Emails I have seen show a reason why. Sounds like you might have been banned/denied for having free items.

They can easily ban you for the following. You can try to fight it, escalate it, but good luck. They usually stick to their guns.

Why not throw up some CPA offers instead of Adsense?
