Hi, I get regular request for link exchanges which is great. Many ask for a minimum PR2 link back. Whilst I have PRs 3,2 & 1 in my site, non of my links pages have ever achieved a rank...........
Is there a method of gaining PR on links pages? Is there a 'robot/google prefered layout for links pages?

    Link Exchange - IS good to do with only with quality relevant website alone which will help to rank better in the search engine.

    Exactly,link exchange is good way but with only those websites which have greater PR and good authority.
