After You Publish An Article...Which Is Best?

Hi. This is the last of my questions for a while.

Typically, if I write an article (not on my website), I will first submit to Ezine, Buzzle or GoArticles. Once approved, I will then submit a duplicate (maybe change the title and a few words) to Article Alley, SearchWarp, ArticlesBase and perhaps 5-10 others.

Am I better using that method or social bookmarking the Ezine, Buzzle or GoArticles link to my main article.

Also...now that Google is cutting down on how much credit you get for duplicate content, is it even worth submitting duplicate articles any more?

    The only thing good from duplicate articles is referral traffic. Other than that - none.

    I will write an unique article and then submit to 1 or 2 best sites, and then write another one and submit to some other sites.

      So it sounds like what you are saying is don't bother to re-submit the same article to different high PR article directories?

      I thought you pick up some backlinks for different key phrases and it was worth doing. Now, with Google's change, it isn't worth it any more?
