Is it OK to Bring back a De-indexed site?

Hello warriors,

About a month or so ago, I de-indexed my website using webmaster tools removal option.

Now I want to get the site up again. However, I do not want the old contents. I will be posting new contents.

My question is: Since it is already removed from Google cache as well, will it be spidered again if I build back links to the new site?

Yes, you can delete the entire site & start with fresh content. You'll simply be starting over in the SERPs & it might take some time to get the old SERP results to go away.

Make sure after you setup the new site to do a 301-redirect, that way any dead links on the net will be salvaged. Redirect all 404s back to the Index page (that's the easy way).

  I am not concerned with SERP's.... I am putting a squeeze page only... My only concern is that the new page should be indexed

If you aren't concerned about SERPs why do you even care if you are indexed? lol. You will be indexed..
