you can do this, but not on the same youtube channel. I mean, I hope you know that but I just wanted to make sure, if you use 3 different keywords you "confuse" google and they don't know what to do with it so it gets no where. but if you post on 3 different channels focusing on 3 different key words. And, if you are going to have 3 different channels make sure you use a separate email for each channel, and I'm not sure if Youtube likes people having more than one channel. I hope that helps you.

I have different youtube accounts, but I wasn't sure that it was necessary to upload the videos to the different accounts. Do you think that it will make a big difference in rating on Google?

You can't upload the same video more than once because Youtube does a checksum to check if it's already uploaded. You need to change the length of it. Although if you use a different account it may be possible.
