    Google already monitors click fraud for you and themselves. It's in Google's best interest to make sure that advertisers are getting real clicks to their ads.

    If advertisers make money then they'll spend more money with Google. If advertisers got "click frauded" then they'd lose money and quit using Adwords.

    Anyway, I don't know of any kind of program that could keep visitors from clicking on adsense ads on your website without it somehow breaking Adsense TOS.

    Generally the only type of fraud with adsense is from the people running the ads (that would be you). You don't need to worry about this.

    Just don't hire a PTC service to click your ads and don't do it yourself, no one else would profit from or be interested in clicking your ads.

    Be sure you've reviewed the adsense terms, I've heard more than once from people banned for encouraging their visitors to click ads.
