Quick Noob question for you - How is my site ranking?

I have not been able to find a good resource for this question...

Say I have a website for rabbithuntingdogsoftheworld.info

I want to know how my site is doing for the keyword rabbit hunting dogs of the world.

The site isn't on the first 7-8 pages of google so I can't even locate it...

Is there a place I can simply check how this site is ranking this without an API?

If not, where do I get and API for my site?

I know it's the dumbest question ever but if you know the answer, I'd appreciate it

    Hey freelans,

    All the tools I found on net just give you the information of your site ranking if its ranking in first 10 pages. After page 10 you have to search manually for your site!

    There is a rank checker at seobook.com which will allow to check up to rank #500 i believe for whichever keywords you enter (you can also save, so dont have to keep typing in everytime).

      There are some good free tools on that site. You can never have too many weapons in your armoury I find.

    HI mate if you want to google "rank tracker" from link-assistant.com. The trial version is free and you can check 100s of keywords and results. Only downside is you cant save the results. Although it is very cheap for what it does!!!
