HELP: How can I get a list of ALL of my WP sites urls?

I have a self-hosted WP site and I want to create three different url lists for it...

- List 1 would be a list of all the Post urls.
- List 2 would be a list of all the Page urls.
- List 3 would be a list of all the urls for downloadable content I uploaded to my server (pdf's, Word files, videos, mp3's, etc.). You know, stuff that isn't listed in my WP Admin 'Pages' and 'Posts' sections.

I tried two different online sitemap generators but they don't bring back a complete list of urls and I think its because most of my content is being protected by Digital Access Pass (DAP) and then I also think there might be some weirdness having to do with WP's php thing.

Ultimately I want to copy and paste these url lists into separate text files and print them out.

Does anyone know how I can easily and quickly create 3 lists like that? Or if I can't segregate the 3 lists, do you know how I could at least get a list of ALL my urls (pages, posts, uploaded content) together?
