Adding new sites to adsense account?

Hey, I have a quick question about AdSense. I've scanned through several topics and they are mostly about getting approved for adsense which is not a problem for me as I already have an AdSense account approved from an experiment a couple years ago.

I am wondering though, when I add a new site to adsense does it need to be approved as well or do I just add the code? From what I'm seeing it looks like I can just add the code to all of my sites with no problem but I wanted to make sure this isn't going to get me in trouble before I do it. I've been working on a few mini-sites as a test and am at a point where I want to add adsense soon and it would be a shame to screw it up now lol!

*Random side note: When I logged into my adsense account for the first time in probably 2 years, I saw that I have earned 12 cents from an experiment that has been sitting stagnant. Clearly I'm well on my way to success! Lol - I am toying with the idea of reviving that experiment though since I knew literally nothing about SEO at the time and didn't do anything to promote it.*

You can add as many sites to one account, and you can also add the code on however many site you have, but make sure you place your sites' URL where you are putting the Adsense code in the "allowed sites" section under the "Adsense Setup" tab section in your Adsense account. The reason you'll want to do this is that know one will be able to copy your code from any of your sites to place it on another site. It's that important.

While you're at it, add a url channel for each site so you know where you clicks are coming from!

Better yet track each individual Adsense $$ in Google Analytics + Adsense, the data blows Adsense channels away.

I can look back over a year & tell you the most profitable individual pages on all my Adsense sites.

With channels, you might have an ad block on all your internal blog post pages (example), Adsense won't drill down to page level like Analytics does.
