It all depends on the market, product, copy, relevance, etc. But with a decent campaign, I'd say 1-3% is fair... So difficult to say without more detail.

It is going to vary depending on a lot of factors. Some of which are mentioned before this post. However, I'll give you an example of some of my cpa leads conversion % for this month so far. This is from a handful of different offers I am promoting.

Criteria: Has more than one click/conversion this month.
% is for clicks that converted cpa offer.

    50%, 20%, 12.5%, 50%

As you can see, each offer and site are producing varied results.

Now... This is early in the month and have only sent a total of 70 clicks to these offers so far and % will probably not hold. But may give you an idea of what you can do with cpa leads offers.

It is nearly impossible to say what a good conversion rate for leads are without knowing what the conversion is. If you are trying to start of selling a more expensive product without offering a downsell, then the conversion will be fairly low. On the other hand, if you start our selling a lower priced product with an upsell then the initial conversion rate will be higher. This assumes that you are looking at a conversion rate based upon a "sale or purchase amount" measurement and not the "average long term value" of a person on your list.
