I just got an email saying that my adword account was suspended as it does not comply with their terms and conditions.

In fact,I submitted my first ad related to a money making opportunity for approval. But in reply they suspended my account without giving me even a warning.May such ad be a cause of account suspension?

Just got mine reinstated today. Fortunately it was not suspended for a TOS violation, though they claimed it was initially.

My advice is write a nice, repentant, ass-kisser of a letter and you have a chance.

Was this because your ad page being directed to an ad collecting Email addresses? were you pointing your ad to a squeeze page?

Yes,this is applied to the ad that is pointed to a squeeze page
But if this is the case, they should have disallowed the ad and warned me for future
      Am I right?

Read through their terms carefully.. there might be some that surprise you and apply to your site. If you genuinely can't figure out (after reading the TOS!) why your site was banned, then try e-mailing them to politely ask if there was a mistake.

Considering that, and the spam quality of the websites in your sig, you have your answer.

        Emphasis on money making opportunity
You should be able to fill in the blanks. Google does not take kindly to
        such, ahem...., "stuff."

I managed to get my Adwords account unsuspended as well. Took a while and a bunch of emails but it was eventually resolved.

I can't post links until I have 15+ posts apparently or I'd share. Check out my site in my sig below and look for the "Google Whacked Our Adwords Account Wrongly Suspended" for how I got the Adwords support team to restore my account.

I just got reply from adwords support.
A part of that reply is-

"Thank you for your email. We understand that you have questions about your ads not appearing. When we reviewed your account, we noticed that one of your sites was disabled for not complying with our Advertising Policies.

Please review our Advertising Policies at:.................... After making any necessary changes, respond to this email to request a re-review."

However, thanks everybody who tried to help me

    Thanks

    Welcome to the Google Slap!
Over the past year G's been on the warpath against any "make money opportunities" including network marketing sites. Some accounts have been suspended, reinstated, and suspended again and even "Banned", which I guess is worse?

Google simply doesn't want business from Biz-op marketers. Forget kissing butt and promising to play nice- as long as you have the aura of a money-making deal, they'll just toss you out again.

My advice is to find a different product line to sell (non-opportunity related), or just give your business to Bing and the other G competitors!
