need help with tracking

hi,
I was wondering whether there's anyone out there that can help me with my tracking for leads and sales of my site at www.lunchboxdiet.co.uk i've given it a go, but it all seems out of whack with the actual sales I'm getting and it's driving me bonkers!
I have aweber so do get some stats via that on split tests and opt ins but would like to get something propely sorted in analytics so that i can maybe start doing PPC and also approach JV partners with some concerate figrues.
