Adsense Ad Units

Is the Adsense 300 X 250 ad block chosen most by advertisers for eCPM advertising rather than the 336X280 ad unit or is it the other way around? Please explain.

I am trying to have increased bids for the space on my site, and I would like to know which of the two ad units are preferred by advertisers for eCPM campaigns.
