does anyone know how exactly backlink booster works?

does anyone have the info booklet to it or product guide,just want to know what does it do and what it automates,i know it creates backlinks to your backlinks and then ping or rss but where does it place these backlinks to your backlinks?on one of your pages or a built in backlink program?need some help guys,just want to know exactly what it does and how so i can do it manually as i think i can tweak it better if i know the process
