Search on the highest targeted traffic article.
Make sure it's related to your niche.

Enter the url of the competing website on the google adword keyword tool. Look what keyword he is using or try the less competitive keywords.

Spinn the articles and post it like on squidoo or etc...

Then ping it!

    I would like to ask you one thing, if you know as I don't know much about it.

    If I translated articles from any article directory which is in other country say Germany and I translated it into English and then I submitted it to any top article directory say Go Articles would my articles be published?

    You do not have the rights to a translation any more than the original text - a translation is a derivative work and cannot be made without the copyright-holder's permission.
