Hi there

Ive seen many posts asking about Rss Feeds, but there is 1 thing im confused about!!

Now some people say that they are good to get your site or profile or whateva u want indexed!!

Some say that they are good for backlinks!!

Now my question is this:

1) what exactly do i get when i submit my rss feed to directories??
