I have been searching around for how to actually use and configure the plugin. I have it set up and activated. I am really new to wordpress and this is my first mini niche site I am attempting to build.

I am at the area under the original post area where the Platinum Seo Pack is asking for title and description and keywords.

Do I put the same title as the title of the post ?

What do i put in the description box ?

Do I put the keyword I am targeting in keyword section ?

I have searched in youtube for videos explaining this but I am yet to find the answers I tryna get it right this first time go around so I can no better the next time.
