Amazon sites - Backlinking

Im currently having 5 Amazon sites built so i'll soon need to hire a provider to build backlinks to the sites.

From what ive heard using automated services such as 3waylinks, Linkvana, etc.. isn't a good idea so i assume hiring a provider to build links manually is the best option.

My questions are;

1. What number of certain types of backlinks do i need? For example, if i ask for 200 backlinks to be created for each site how many of those backlinks should be from blog commenting, social bookmarking, articles, etc.. As i understand, it's important to get a mixture of different types of backlinks.

Should i ask for blog commenting to be done only on blogs related to the niche or doesn't this matter?

2. Does posting a link on a social bookmarking site such as Digg count as a useful backlink which will help with the ranking of the sites main keyword? Im wondering because there isn't a place to leave your keyword as the anchor text.

3. I had a look on oDesk for backlinking contractors. Is oDesk the best place to hire someone for this task or is there anywhere better?

4. Is it better to hire 1 provider to do all aspects of the backlinking such as blog commenting, social bookmarking, articles, etc.. or is it better to outsource it to different providers?

Thanks,

    The trick is variety and timing.

    Ultimately you want high pr dofollow links. If you can get a mixture of links from Forums, Blogs, YouTube, Articles and Web 2.0 sites that will balance everything out.

    Just dont go overboard too quickly and make sure you have your ranking keyword in the anchor text. If you have multiple keywords for different pages remember to build links to each page and not just your main site.

      By that do you mean don't have too many backlinks built per day? What is the most amount of backlinks which should be made per day?

      When submitting to social bookmarking sites, should i post a link to every individual page on my site instead of only posting a link to the index page?
