Ways to Get Forum Backlinks Indexed Faster?

Hey guys, this is my first post and for my first post I thought I'd ask you guys a question that I've been wondering about for a while. I have made tons of backlinks on forums (manually) throughout the last two weeks. These are fairly high PR forum backlinks and according to some folks the forum sites get indexed pretty fast.
My question is what is the Step-by-Step process to getting forum backlinks indexed faster?
Would I have to bookmark each and every backlink on do-follow bookmarking sites?
Would I have to convert each backlink into RSS feed and then submit them to RSS directories?
These are the only two ways I can think of, but if these are the ways; how would I go along with this process? Is there a software or ebook that explains this in detail?
