First page monetization estimate

Lets say i rank page one for a key word that gets 22,200 EXACT searches per month and according to adwords gets an average $2.38 per click.

What can you estimate my blog would get per day and/or per month?

Is there a general scale on search numbers and $ per click? Like if the more searches and more expensive click the more profit you get?

Or is it completely random?

Yes it is a general scale on search number. Obviously it is random. It depends on time.$2.38 is the high rate per click. Carry on.
