Lately I've been browsing fiverr.com and I've seen a lot of people offering senuke and xrumer blasts. These gigs offer creating thousands of blog comments or forum profiles. If I hire one of these people to do a blast of thousands of links at once, is this going to possibly penalize me in Google?

The main response I get is no, the links won't all be indexed at the same time. But I just want to know if you warriors think I can trust these people to do the job and not get me into any trouble in the search engines.

My site is Web Design And Animation - Animated Web Services and it's not new or anything but I haven't been consistently adding new backlinks everyday which I hear is key. So I'm wondering if that will have any effect on me getting penalized. So what are your thoughts?

I just ordered one yesterday and had it completed today. I guess I will see. So far no really movement or reporting of new indexed links in Market Samurai.

      Well here's my strategy:

Once they create all the links I want to slowly ping and syndicate them into RSS only doing a certain amount a day. That way the links are slowly being noticed by google instead of all at once. So I'm not going to just ping all the links at once as soon as I get the report back from them. That wouldn't be smart.

But let me know how it goes. I want to know if this blast does anything for you or not.

I'd rather pay someone $5 to go get me 10 really high quality links than pay $5 for someone to throw my URL and keyword into one of those programs and get me 30,000 spammy links. I've tried those xrumer blasts and never saw anything from them. Waste of money in my opinion.

Did you do anything to get the links indexed like pinging them?

Yep. The links you get from the Xrumer blasts are garbage. If they were actually good, those guys would be asking for a lot more than $5.

So why do people continue to pay $97/month for SEnuke?

Because the "gurus" do good marketing, and have pulled the wool over everybody's eyes when it comes to SEO, real SEO. I mean .. how many different stories have you heard about duplicate content, dofollow/nofollow ( I know i saw at least 5 incorrect statements on this forum TODAY).

Suppose just 500 of those 30,000 links were on spammy sites with .ru or .cn TLD's with enom hosting. Or porn, or malware, or phishing, or just plain garbage.

Wow, now your site has "bad neighbors" good luck with that.

the thing about that is how can bad neighbors hurt you? if it could then your competitors could just build a ton of links to your site from porn and warez and virus sites... right???

Right bigalan6622. So called "bad neighbors" have no relevance. The worst thing that can happen is Google may discount those links.

Correct, there is no evidence that these links TO your site will have any effect on your PR, and ranking. However, why create them in the first place. 30,000 links from PR 0 sites is not going to move you up the ladder much, compared to 1 link from PR 5+. Take a look at where the top sites in your niche are getting thier PR's from, its not thousands of PR 0's and porn sites.

Plus personally, I would never trust how the algorithms work. Look at how Ford was link poisoned so easily last yearish. Blackhats can manipulate the results, just as whitehats try to move up the rankings.

I will let you know how it goes. Just doing the blast hasn't done anything for me yet. But after I follow your advice bigalan6622 about RSS and pinging, maybe I will see a difference.

I will admit, I wasn't diligent in my rss creating and pinging. In the end, I did 3 blasts to 3 different sites. The site that was already ranking well did a little better. The other two didn't really do much at all. Since then, I read one of Dr. Veit's posts about using Xrumer to point to your web 2.0 and article sites. Other folks have said to spread it out so the profiles point to all your interior pages as well as the main URL. You just have to find someone who will let you put in many URLs.

These fiverr gigs help pay for these guys software monthly subs. No evidence they will actually help rankings.

xrumer blasts are not the only gigs for sale on fiverr. If you don't want 30,000 spammy links for $5 you can look at other gigs. Some people are offering a handful of high PR blog comments for $5. Others are writing and submitting press releases. There are all kinds of gigs available for hats of all colors.

I don't think sites can get sandboxed with xrumer blast of 5-15k profiles, if your sites are indexed you wont have any problem.

building backlinks manually isn't that hard job right? so why don't you try to build backlinks by yourself? you might get a good quality links than hiring service who will just give you spammy links.
