Will changing categories ruin anything?

Hi Guys If I have a Category called "muscle programs" and a review post within this category called no nonsense muscle building with a #3 ranking, will it ruin my ranking if I change the category name to for example "Muscle programs reviewed"? I am in doubt since the category name is not really part of the url. Btw, I use wordpress.

  • That's a tough one to answer but unless you are not ranking under the search term you want I wouldn't change it. #3 is a pretty good spot and you certainly are risking it to change anything like that for what, a potential to move up 1 or 2 spots??? Hardly seems worth it.
