Duplicate Content Within Site

I have a site with a couple subdomains, and I'm trying to get a list together of all of the places one subdomain has duplicate content with the other subdomain.
What's the best tool and/or way to go about doing this is quickly as possible?
As far as I know, Copyscape doesn't check duplicate content from within one's own site.
