Hey guys,

One of my backlinks building tactics is of-course publishing articles on articles directories like EZ, GO Articles, Knol and so on...

My question is - say I publish a 6 different articles on EZ all with a link pointing to my site, does that count as 6 different backlinks? Even though it's from the same domain?

I know it's important to have links for various domains as well but it's still interesting to know the answer to this question. How does Google and other search engines see and treat it? As 6 different backlinks or 1 backlink since they are all from the same domain?
