i keep hearing that if you build links is obviously always good, but then you gotta index them.
how do i do that?

is it through Rss feed? when you submit link through rss feed thats indexing them?

i need to know what it means when you index a link or article cause i keep hearing about it.

You can index links by helping Google find them. So you can ping them using a site such as Pingomatic or you can link to them from an old website that you own, for example. Once the link shows up in google you can remove this link and link to another one that isn't yet indexed.

I've had links indexed simply by searching for the exact url on Google.

It's possible google found the page some other way; but I didn't link to it anywhere.
