Hi all,

How do I prevent Google from recording Adsense impressions for my own IP address? I am sick and tired of seeing impressions that I have generated myself, when I make a change to my website, and I have to view how it looks in the browser or when I have to look at the types of ads Google is serving on the article pages of my site, so how do I prevent Google from recoding impressions for my own IP address? Please explain a strategy that works really will.

You should simply take in an average account for how many times a month/year/week/day you are visiting so that you can make sure your numbers are accurate..

If you are trying to keep your CTR high so that you can flip sites, well then you should just avoid going to the sites as much as possible

1 idea that i have is to tab the page, then click to a different page inside your site, then as you make changes, just navigate by pressing the back and forth button because the cookies stay saved and google only considers it as one impression.

^^lol should work to atleast keep it to a minimal when you are doing major work, that way your numbers stay clean ^^

    Hope that Helps,
