Show us your site and tell us how much traffic you are getting?

Then we should be able to help you.

No wonder you're getting no clicks. Your site wont load.

No wonder you're not getting any clicks.

Your site design is poor for starters:

      • the text at the top is overlapping the image behind it
      • the theme is bad too. the red borders are not doing your ads any favors, you want your ads to blend in, not stand out.
      • your amazon widget on the right is too large for the column
Also your whole nice is a bad one I suspect for monetizing with adsense. The clicks will be low I think,,,, and what do these ads even offer people? These people are bored and want to read celeb info and look at pictures. They are just browsers.

Personally I'd start adsense on a new niche and break it done....give them what they want!

Let the ads give people what they want, what they're searching for and you'll get the clicks.

I suggest you search for information written by a guy called Bertil Jenner, plus his "FatCat Blueprint". This is the standard on Adsense.

    One quick thing in general:

    1) The tagline ("Find out the latest bollywood and hollywood news at here. We will give you the daily updates like, bollywood news, hollywood news, bollywood hot news, actors, actress, celebrity, etd.") under the header is red text... on a red background. I couldn't read it without highlighting. This will need fixing

Regarding why you possibly haven't yet received any clicks:

    1) These things take time. 15-20 visitors per day isn't much and once you start getting more visitors, you'll start getting more clicks.

    2) The current ad placement (right, in the sidebar) is one of the worst performing areas on a page that you can put ads. Use the Google heatmap as reference: https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...n&answer=17954

Make some changes to the ad placement and hopefully that'll help.

Also, after some refreshing (there are lots of image ads currently!) I finally seen a text ad. The green background color with gray writing and blue link colour doesn't really fit into the website.

Sometimes having contrasting ads can be a good thing, but usually not with text ads. It's best to have them blend-in a bit (not too much though; don't have it so that the user won't be able to tell the difference between the ad and your actual content and links).

Hence to sum-up, I'd suggest the following changes:

    1) Move the advert either to be floated inside your blog posts, or to be towards the top of the page. See the heatmap.

    2) Change the text ad colours so that they blend in a bit with your site.

Edit: Also what Ernie Lonardo says is sort of true regarding the niche. People looking at celeb and movie news won't really be looking to click ads (as much as - say - people on a review or shopping website). So with some changes you will start getting more clicks, but just be aware that your CTR will naturally be lower than product-specific niches. If you love writing about your chosen niche, I'd say stick with it, though.

    Good luck

Without seeing your site, a few quick hints I could give is make sure your ads are in the top half of the screen, make sure they are blended in with other texts and make sure your page focus on one keyword.
