[ASK] how long backlink profile to index ?

if you active on that profile then it will be indexed by search engines in a week or two but if you are not active enough then it will take more time to get indexed by search engines.

I think it still depends on Google, we don't actually know when Google will index our profile backlinks.

I have answered this many times in my videos and thread posts.

You're not the only one with this question which is a good thing because
the truth of the matter is... the best way is to leave it up to search engines to index.

However, you can do a few things to help the process in
your favor and actually help your overall rankings down the road.

In answer to your question, no one in the world knows how soon backlinks can get indexed.
The algorithm is suppose to index pages and organize it on Google or Yahoo based
on the relevance to keywords. Search engines don't have a rule of them on when
your backlinks will get indexed, nor can any expert answer this for you.

We do however know Google wants backlinks and considers them 'popularity points' that
help the rankings of a site to help search engine users gain more relevance to their searches.

Don't worry about how long, just keep your methods organized and try to
maximize your link power by generating social bookmark pages around your site.

Keep in mind, popularity points are exactly that, social bookmarks links, and if
you link them together with backlinks, you can have a great outcome down the road.

so all the backlink(including from PR 0 domain) will still be indexed although I did not do anything ?

I've heard of the method by changing backlinks to rss, then insert it into the rss aggregator. is this methods still works?

LOL, you have better luck putting it in your sig. You will get more traffic and more value posting a link in your signature than you will in a profile.

Very few profile pages will even help you even if they get indexed. This is just a big waste of time. The main exception is when you are participating on a site and people from that site notice you. Google can monitor click streams and tell which users are active.

On my forum nobody gets a profile links for a long time, so what I said is even more true with my forums.

But can google tell which profiles are in use by real, contributing users?

  There's just far too much overwhelming evidence that forum profiles DO in fact improve SERPS. They still are.
  
  It likely can and will change ... so then people/seo's/marketers will again "adapt".

  Could be a day, a month or even never. That's why you just gotta focus on building links consistently. Diversity is also important so don't just think you can rely on some profile links.

The way Google works things out is the Page Rank Factor. If a website has more relevant links that are coming from high page rank sites, it gives it a link value and weight. In your case, it's a profile page and all you need to do is create more 'votes' to your backlinks, and I recommend it done by Social Bookmarking.
