Question on blog commenting?

Hi,

I have heard that commenting on sites that have
  1. links to medicine, pills sites etc
  2. links to adult content sites
will led into spam.

I know the second one is true.How about the first one.

  • Thats true because through blog commenting you are getting link and if you are getting a link from a blog which contain adult links or medicine or pills then it will be consider as a sapm.
