Adsense Centered Blog built around Foreign market?

I have found a great keyword to base a blog on and I want to use adsense as the main income generator. I'm in the U.S. and the keyword's main searches come from another country. If I write content for this blog, the ads displayed will be local to their businesses correct? I know this is probably a silly and obvious question. Do the ad networks customize their ad placement for the country the visitor is from?

    Yes, ads are displayed according to the visitors geographic position. If you are building a blog targeting another country you should use that countries tld to ensure better rankings. So for a UK blog it will .co.uk or Australian will be .com.au
