Don't use .html or .php or .aspx at the end of your url, don't use too much /folders/, use keywords in your url (and in your domain name if it's possible).

Sub domain has equal value like main domain.so you need to target subdomain for target keywords

  Let me say that you have articles relating to “fores” on your website. You would want to create a folder on your site called “new rates” and possibly a sub folder called “daily report” and store your content in that sub folder. To optimized URL structure you should include limiting the number of directory levels from domain to file and at the same time limiting the number of name/value pairs or rewriting dynamic URLs completely.
