Adsense Question

I've been averaging between $5 to $11 per day for the last couple months. My website went from #3 to #2 in my niche. The last couple days I've seen something strange.

I've been getting 0 clicks per day the last four days. This is very different because even on my bad days, I might get a couple clicks - and it will last for about two days max.

I don't think Google has yanked my Adsense account because I didn't get any message from them. Actually, they paid me a few cents because of my ecpm.

Just wondering if some of you guys have hit dry spells like this...also - how do you know if your adsense account has been banned?

  • You may want to check your Google Adsense account log-in page. There is a message section there.

Also, have you integrated Google analytics with your Adsense account? This may yield some useful info.

From what I have read on this forum, if your site is banned, you get an email from Google. I am not sure if that is always the case.
  • i think google should inform about this issue....
  • Check your impressions status with Adsense. It will give you the answer.

Google recently changed their algo.. The ranks are highly volatile these days. Check your current ranks too..

    • Well, the sites you advertise in your signature still have Adsense on so assuming that is your Adsense account, your account is still active. It could be that they have stopped serving ads to your site, what do you see when you look at your site? They can stop serving for breaches of their TOS and you should have an email if this is the case.

What is your Adsense account telling you, are you still getting the same amount of impressions? Are you still getting the same levels of traffic? Where is that traffic coming from, is it organic searches?

  • If your site is banned, you'll get email or can't log-in to your account at all.. ads will disappear too..

    • Ads are there and the ads are relevent to the content. Everything looks good.
  • Hello,
Well i'm new to place google adsense on my blog but still I've got reviews from my mates that logging in from other ips and continuous changing ads position may result in temporary bann. Well usually these issues are first reported by google or you can say they will warn you but still if you are getting 0 impressions or 0 clicks as per your average rate is about 5$ to 10$ you may have banned then. Place your query to support team that might help.
    Thanks
