Why Do Work Adsense plugin - Stats show up in adwords?

Hi,
Anyone use this plugin for showing Adsense? Someone set it up for me, do I have to 'add' my site in my adsense section in order to see stats? Just wondering as I have a couple of my own websites, and the day that my other sites went live with the Why Do Work plugin my Adsense ££ (not that there's been any so far) required verification.
I'm awaiting the letter from google to get the PIN, I did the 'verify form of payment' bit but they haven't paid money into my account and I'm still waiting on receiving the letter.
Regardless, can you see the 'stats' in Adwords. I only have my 'active ad unit' showing which is hte one on the main site, so i dont know if the others have even registered or are working?
In short, am I just being a big baby and you guys are used to this kinda delay /verification all the time? I've never made any money hence the panic with the verification coming up as soon as I've made like $5 lol. :confused: I hope I'm being a child but it's frustrating putting in lots of work, getting stuff live, and then thinking oh, well now it's not working anyway :\
EDIT: Looked into my stats and it must be tracking visits from other sites but listed as my 'main' site, if that makes sense, because hte traffic for the main site is a lot below what they have put on the adwords site..
