Best way to get your web 2.0 sites indexed?

Hi warriors,

I've recently started a new SEO campaign that includes the creation of web2.0 sites. I don't want to create a linkwheel, so I won't interlink the sites, I'll just have a backlink from each of them individually.

The problem is that the whole project is worthless, if Google doesn't index my sites, so please tell me what methods are you using to get them indexed. I'm pinging them as a first step, but it seems that it's not enough, so I was thinking about social bookmarking them or create some profile links/cheap blog comments for them. What method works best for you?

    you already covered most of the points. pinging is a good idea but its also not free from spamming. so dont expect much result with just pinging.

    apart from pinging, start backlinking with forum posting , blog posting , social bookmarking can be used. There are many ways to promote site. Do as per your sense.

      If you have a forum account on a dofollow forum that you have made a lot of posts on like 50+, you can just add each web2.0 property to your signature for 24 to 48 hours then rotate a new web 2.0 property onto the sig once the first one is indexed. Dont forget to ping a thread that has a few of your posts on it, as thats how Googles spiders will come and look at your sig and index your web 2.0s.

    Backlink these sites with other sites. And then backlink the other sites with other sites. And so on.

    Or stop doing it and spend time creating something different that normal users will love to backlink to. A tutorial, a exclusive interview, a crazy video.

      Creating something worth linking to is a good idea, but my main goal is to get a boost for my money site. Since I'm outsourcing almost all of my SEO tasks, the work should be as easy to do as it can be. Do you think that social bookmarking alone is still effective for indexing the sites? I had great results with it 1-2 years ago, but things are always changing...

        Almost everything is covered. You can do one more thing. If you have a little budget, you can go for Free Classifieds - USFreeads. You can post unlimited ads for $10/month and Google loves Free Classifieds - USFreeads. In that case you can backlink your moneysite and all other web2.0 sites as well.

    I think social bookmarking would be one of your best options to getting indexed quickly.

    My advice is to try traffic-bug, but before creating your username go on challenge.co and create there an account and search for the lesson about traffic-bug, "module 3 day 7" If I recall correctly -> You will get 45 days of free trial by following the challenge.co follow up (unlike 15 days or something if you didn't). In traffic-bug you can get an automatic rss/submissions/bookmarking of your sites/blogs/articles to plenty of services.

    There might be better tools out there but this is what I use for fast indexing of blogs/articles/webpages
