Adsense payments?

OK, I am new to Adsense or at least new in the sense that I finally reached that $100 threshold in February. I got to $107.00 by the end of February. When I click on the "Payments" tab it still shows up as saying no check will be cut because prior to March 1st, I was not over the $100.00 mark. However, Feb. earnings have not shown up on the detailed list yet, just the end of January number is what shows as the reason to not cut a check.

My question is is this normal? When does Google finalize earnings for the previous month? All the info I see says at the end of the month they finalize the previous months earnings, yet that is not the case here yet.

Just getting a little worried and want to make sure that I don't have to do anything. There are no messages or holds that I am aware of on my account. So I fully expect to see a check cut sometime this month and sent to me.

    If I understand you correct

    1) Jan. = less than $100

    2) Jan. + Feb. = greater than $100

    3) You'll be paid the end of March

  • I "think" they always run one month behind , so the money i got a couple of days ago was from 2 months ago, Im not sure as i do not really pay that much attention to it anymore but i remember thinking the same thing when i first started years ago..

  • Yes, it's normal.

    The total being paid is in your paypal stats but it won't show up as a "done deal" until toward the end of March when those checks are cut.

    Sometime during the last week of march, the payment page wil say "payment in process" and within a day or two the money will be in your bank account if you have direct deposit. A check might take a bit longer for the mailing.

    The total earnings that shows at the end of February on your payments page is what you will be paid in late March.

  • Congrats on reaching $100! I'm still trying to get there - getting closer by the day! But anyway, as others have said, Google is one month behind when it comes to sending checks. They use this month to verify your clicks, according to the TOS. I assume this means checking that not all the links came from the same site, none were from your IP address, and other fishy things like that.

  • I got confirmation that they are sending me a check for $107.78!! I am excited!! The system works!!
