please help me to index my website!

hello!

i launched a site with a domain that i bought ( www discount-giftcards dot info). till now it pass 10 days and my site wasnt indexed by google, i build links (about 50 links) and those links are cached by google but my website is not (i also registered to google webmaster tools and verify the site + xml sitemap).

i searched the web a found that the domain i bought was own by someone, so maybe he did something to this domain and this is why google didnt indexed it?

i launched many other sites at the same time and promoted them at the same way and all of them are indexed by google, the only difference is that the other sites are build with simple html and this site is by wordpress.

please help, i`m going crazy and thinking of selling this domain and start all over!

or maybe is it something else?

    It can sometimes take a few weeks for a site to be indexed by google, and it could have possibly been sandboxed.

    Your website is probably sandboxed. Continue to build backlinks every day. It takes anywhere between 2 to 6 months to get back out of the sandbox.

    I prefer Social Bookmarking for new web sites to get indexed. Then create backlinks to improve ranks.

    Try to build some backlinks from free blogs like blogger (must be an old blog), it will index your site soon. If you purchased this domain as a new one then there is no issue of sandbox because it may have sandbox issue in past but once domain expired, its all related activities vanished.

    Try to add some content and create XML sitemap for your site. Also check your robot.txt, it may be blocking search engines from indexing your site.

    Since this site you're asking about is a Wordpress blog, did you configure your Privacy Settings correctly? Best check them.

    The same thing has recently happened to me. Somebody told me it may have duplicate content in it which Google hates. If you have content in it that is copied you should delete it and add only unique original content.
    Also you can try adding your RSS feed to Feedage.com That was what they told me to do. Also piing your new site at pingomatic.com
    And like someone said above. wait a few more days...be patient, sometimes it just takes time to get indexed. Some get indexed fast others take time
