Top fold seo question!!

Hi, I have a site that is promoting a particular product on every page in the top fold. The problem i have is , when the site is indexed, all pages on the site will have the same promotional text first in the html code.

e.g

PPPPPPPPPPPPPP
TTTTTTTTTTT
TTTTTTTTTTT
TTTTTTTTTTTT


the Ps represent the same promotional text on every page and the Ts represent text/articles targeting specific keywords, different for each page.

I was thinking on making the promotional text an image.

But is there a much better and easy solution?

  • make it an image and then have keyword content under it as the first text.

    • I was thinking of doing that. BUT i would prefer a html solution if it is not too much hassle, cos It makes it really easy to make changes etc etc
