Is this keyword good?

Would you open a mini-niche blog for the following keyword:
Exact Searchs: Global(590) Local(320) CPC($1.28)
Google intitle results: 2700
Google phrase results: 13400

  • I probably wouldn't because there is not enough search volume and the CPC is too low to justify a website with that search volume. If it had a CPC of like 3-5.00 I would consider it at the search volume.

    • Have to completely agree with that. Whatever you set up for that keyword might be easy to rank but that doesn't help much if rarely anybody is going to search for the keyword.

  • Hello, depends on what monetization you will be using, but the traffic levels are extremely low. I may suggest going for a slightly higher search volume and use that kw you speak of as a secondary for a different page. I would probably not register a domain with a low search traffic kw. If you are going for a sniper model, you can target a few kw's that support the main and get some wider traffic audience.
