Scaling Up the Operation!

Hey There!

So I have a weight loss website and adsense on it. I got a free $100 from Google and decided to put one cent ads to the test. So far its petty but I spent $0.21 and made $0.68 Net Profit so my gross is 47cents.

I've decided to scale up the operations and add a clickbank product advert to my site in hopes people will buy from my affiliate link. I'm thinking if I do this I should expect better profits but I'm debating moving away from the one cent technique since it is so petty and paying $1 to show up in the searches iwth PPC

I guess the question is how do I go about that and where can I find some solid good information on PPC?

    Ummm.....you didn't use adwords to send traffic to your adsense site did you??..........one of the quickest ways to get banned from adsense.....

    not exactly ... there is ADSENSE on my weightloss site but I'm also promoting a clickbank product and its jammed with tons of helpful information.

    is that illegal in terms of adsense/google's policy?

      Yes as it would still be considered as arbitrage......

    Check the Adsense/Adwords TOS. Although technically you CAN drive Adwords traffic to a site with Adsense on there mustn't be any hint of arbitrage, i.e. what you are doing. I would seriously avoid that, why risk either account for pennies? Kill one or the other and focus either on other traffic sources or other revenue sources.

    hrmmmmm.....because my site underwent manual review by the adsense team to be approved so I thought it was okay since it passed the manual review days after being declined originally. I'm just playing with pennies because I'm trying to come up with a model for bigger ppc adverts on the search network.
