How I Find High Search But Low Competition Keywords Using Scrapebox

This method is very simple, but powerful! I come across many untapped long tail keywords with low competition and high search volume in many niches EVERYDAY.

Step 1: Open Google Keyword Tool

Step 2: Launch SB and open the keyword scraper.

Step 3: Enter any keyword. For example, enter "apple" and start scraping.

Step 4: After scraping is done, remove duplicate keywords

Step 5: Enter those scraped keywords again in the keyword scraper and start scraping.

Step 6: Repeat step-4 and 5 using keyword scraper until you find all the long tail keywords.

Step 7: Now you have a huge list of long tail keywords. Copy the first 100 keywords and paste it into the Google keyword tool. Enable the option "Only show ideas closely related to my search terms" and search.

Step 8: We want the exact search for the entered keywords so under match types select "[Exact]" and search again.

Step 9: Sort the result from high to low search count. Now you have the exact keywords sorted by search volume.

Step 10: Ignore all the one word and two word keywords. Start analyzing the first page competition and the EXACT keywords domain availability. I'm not going deep into the competition area, I leave it to you.

Step 11: Now copy the next 100 keywords and repeat the step-7, 8 and 9 until you finish all the keywords in your list

Step 12: Once you find a high search volume and low competition keyword, build your website and monetize it.

Very nice method. I was using Market Samurai before but since last update it's kinda buggy. Maybe I'll start using Scrapebox. Does anyone have a review with some great bonus here ?

It's $97 on the Scrapebox website... $57 if you go through this link - (which is not an affiliate link because Scrapebox doesn't have an affiliate program).

I got it 2 months ago, and it's definitely one of the best IM product purchases I've made. I use it for research and some whitehat SEO stuff.

        That's an excellent idea!

I find that just using the Google KW tool doesn't give me as many longtail KW as I'd like...

This way I'll have many more seed keywords than I would have found otherwise...

        Awesome!

        Mark

PS. Scrapebox is just brilliant... So many uses...

You need to select this "Only show ideas closely related to my search terms"
Then you can see long tail keywords based on what you input from scrapebox.

@mmoreal - Thank you for these steps! I didn't understand what a word scrapper was {yet} and your post certainly helped my learning curve! I have been using Market Samurai for my keyword searches. Your method takes it further!
@Dahlia - thanks for the link!

Oh man, I have scraped million and millions of keywords. Most of them time I can't even check them all for competition and searches. I really need a tool that kan do this research 1000's at the time :p

Great suggestion. I've found keywords that never showed up in any of my other tools.

So answer me this question. Why do all these keywords (phrases) show up in the suggest scraper but when you run them for traffic lots of them are zero traffic? I would think if they showed up in a suggest database they would have to show traffic.

    Thanks in advance.
