According to Market Samurai, "thrush" gets about double the searches and clicks as compared to "make money online".
With the difference that the competing sites for "make money online" are way over a million (too lazy to double check the numbers now)..while "thrush" has only 160.000 competing sites (intitle).
While "make money online" might be an interesting keyword and probably pull many visits from potential buyers for some money making "systems" - so i think the keyword is not even that great as generally assumed.
You can make a site about "thrush", rank that 100000x easier than "make money online" and make a killing selling some thrush remedy from clickbank.
That being said, keyword research can be very interesting sometimes...
