[TUTORIAL] Better way to find easy keywords to rank for then the adwords tool

Go to google and write a keyword you think it would work.

Dont know where to start?

Simple: go to google adwords tool and put in any general keyword there and see what comes out. Look for keywords that have high competition (if you want to build an adsense site). More then 2k searches/month
Wait for sugestions to come up. The first one has the highest traffic and then lower.
Tip: use this format
  • keyword a
  • keyword b
  • keyword c
  • Then if you want you can even go for keyword ab to get even more keywords
You will get keywords that the google adwords tool just dosent give and you will be on of the few marketeers that will do this kind of reaserch. Competition is lower this way and the trends are better.
After you pick a keyword download Serp Assist (it has a very good free version) and put the keyword there. It will give you a score after the searching is done. This will give you a good idea on how hard that keyword will be.
Google will give you better keywords this way then the adwords tool.
Then check the keyword under quotes to see if it has less then 100k results.
