Basic question about adsense and adwords

Hello,

I have two Google-related site I'm working on.

One is a site where I'm paying Google PPC via adwords. I'm already completely signed up and activated with that.

I'm developing a second, completely unrelated site. It's almost ready to go live. I want to submit an XML sitemap to Google for this second site using "Google Webmaster Tools". Eventually I want this site to be part of Google's Adsense family of registered/approved sites.

Since I already have an existing, functioning Google Adwords account, can I do these other things "all under one roof"? I'm hoping since I am already registered with Google for one site, that bringing this second site onto their radar screen would be all part of the same webmaster dashboard stuff.

I'm hoping I don't have to set up a separate "Google Webmaster Tools" account to submit the XML site map for the second site, and then another "Adsense" account to have this second site start running Google content network ads.

I saw some stuff at the top of my Adwords PPC screen that *looks* like it would all be under one giant account. But I don't know for sure. I like to confirm things, even if looks obvious, etc.

If you are logged into your Adwords account, is that all part of the same user dashboard? Or do I have to sign up for something different with Google?
Yes but you need to confirm you own the site.

Set up Google analytics first and then sign into webmaster tools. (You can use your analytics verification to verify your webmaster account)

Given your "newness" to IM, I would be careful working with AdWords.

I have been in IM for years and really only use AdWords for products I own or my clients own.

      Thanks,

I think I'm starting to understand the concept.

Maybe this happens: to prove you own the domain, you sign into your Google account and it creates some sort of ID code. Then you place this code on your website's home page.
