    A lot of techniques are there regarding this and in my opinion, You need to concentrate not on only single tactic but work for all like social bookmarking, social media marketing on some social networking sites, Forum posting, Article submission, Directory Submission, RSS feed submission and many more things.

    So far, I'm following almost the same strategy:
    - Publishing quality articles on a regular basis
    - Article submissions
    - Social bookmarking
    - I make use of social media sites

    I agree with one comment above, though. You have to couple it with quality SEO to make sure that your marketing campaign will really kick off.
