All of these answers are the same ol' answers. I got my ranking back after the panda/farmer algorithm change. You did what exactly what I did. Removed duplicate/low quality content from the site. Once google recrawled my site (it took awhile) and didn't see those pages anymore, I returned back to my position. I kept building links during this time as well.

There are changes that occurred in Google only, that means there are no changes in link building methods. For that, just continue your link building campaign.

Could any of you please explain how these methods are actually supposed to help a site that has been affected by the Farmer/Panda algorithm update? Do you even know what this update was about?
