I saw that some websites have got back link from face book. Can you provide me some Social Media sites that can provide back link or provide huge traffic to the website?

I have seem also some site who has backlink from facebook. But I would like share some social networking site who's providing backlink and traffic like :- tumbler.com, pokertwitter.com, diigo.com, folkd.com etc.

Facebook and twitter can send huge amount of traffic your way. Social media sites are better when you seek traffic from them. You can get links from 1000s of other places.

I wouldn't worry about using facebook for backlinks - they're all nofollow. However, even if you don't get any SEO value from the links you can still get great traffic from FB. Try to build up a reputation in some groups and whatnot and get some trusting friends -> they'll become visitors, subscribers, customers, and promoters.

Personally, I think that you only need facebook and twitter. Sure, every social media site is a good backlink but these two are the "giants" and you should use both.

What I like about Twitter is that what I do is "follow" folks who have similar interests to my site's main topic (or since I also have local content, that live by me) and I've found that more often than not, they follow my tweets as well. Then, their followers will often ALSO follow my tweets. I actually had a major local television morning show follow me without me following them first! So I get a decent amount of re-tweets which end up counting as pingbacks in my comments (not sure if this is good or not). I get a decent amount of traffic that way. Stumbleupon gets me traffic, but has a 100% bounce rate almost always. Facebook gets me traffic, but it's usually from my linking articles on my personal page. I maintain a fan page as well, but I don't have many followers yet.

Many social media permit to ad their site. You can try on facebook, Twitter, Digg etc. From there you can get more traffic and also back link. Please try to do that right now.
