Safe with Adsense in a product name domain?

So I have a few amazon monetized domains with product-name.com's and what I'd like to know if it's safe to add adsense to them?

I'm aware that I may get cease and desist letters from the company that makes the product and that's a risk I'm willing to take (haven't had any though for the year my sites have been up) - just don't want to risk losing my adsense account...

    Since you already have the website, just add the AdSense code.

    I don't think Google is that ban-happy.

    Most people get banned by Google because of blackhat backlinking techniques (spam) and having way too many websites under 1 AdSense account. At least, that's what the statistics have shown throughout my entire observation of people getting banned from AdSense for the past 1 year.
